ABOUT ME

Liam offers a unique service to his clients with his ability to consult on the procedures required to complete renovations and improvements as well as to provide accurate budgetary numbers in order to allow clients to make their real estate investment decisions.

After graduating with a business degree from the University of Western Ontario, Liam began his career working in finance at Bell Canada where he achieved his Chartered Accountant designation. He would often spend his lunch breaks tracking the real estate market; leveraging his background to build financial models to value available income properties and analyze and assess how to improve and maximize value through renovations and design improvements.

Liam purchased his first investment property while still working in Finance and during the project, quickly realized that real estate, design and construction was his passion. He left his secure career in finance and has spent the last four years focused on everything real estate – sales, construction, and income properties. On the sales side of the business, he enjoys meeting new clients, learning about them and listening to their story, finding something in common, and building new relationships.

Liam’s financial background combined with his construction experience is his business’ competitive advantage. He believes he offers a unique service to his clients with his ability to consult on the procedures required to complete a renovation to a prospective home, as well as to provide accurate budgetary numbers in order to allow clients to make their real estate investment decisions.

Liam grew up in Lawrence Park, where his parents still reside. He attended Blessed Sacrament, St. Mike’s College School and Leaside High, and is very familiar with all of the surrounding neighbourhoods. In his spare time, you can find him on a construction site, in an open house, playing hockey or on the golf course!
