For Padraig, real estate is not just a career, it’s a lifestyle. After completing his studies at Bishop’s University, Padraig Kenny joined CBRE’s downtown Toronto Office where he worked in research. This experience in commercial real estate, ignited the desire to follow his true passion, residential real estate. His motivation is attributed to relationship-building, monitoring trends, developing the art of negotiating and above all, putting the needs of clients first. Padraig was born and raised in midtown Toronto where he’s been actively involved in community sports, including volunteering in both hockey and baseball. It is here where Padraig first observed the luxury residential market grow around him.
